ADHD Coaching Partnership – three amazing months
with my Personalised Support
My Signature Partnership
3 months of coaching and discovery
Change is never simple – and as we get older, or when we are discovering ADHD and how it affects our lives, it deserves the time and space of my favourite way to work together.
Three months is a significant investment of our time and energy but it makes the biggest ‘space’ available for meaningful changes. If you are not sure if this is for you, read on and please check ‘My Philosophy‘ before booking.
Living with adult ADHD can be a frustrating experience
You’re successful in many ways but often feel ‘if only they knew’ how the small things trip you up – and how hard you’re working to make sure it doesn’t derail you.
Myth: “You just need to try harder.”
Truth: ADHD isn’t a lack of effort – I’d say that most of my clients are working REALLY hard already. It’s a neurological condition that affects your brain’s executive function. Willpower alone can’t fix it.
Myth: “ADHD is just an excuse for laziness.”
Truth: ADHD often means working twice as hard to achieve the same results. It’s not a choice to be lazy —it’s about needing the right strategies, support and self-belief (really, that matters a LOT more than you think).
Myth: “Medication is the only solution you need OR You shouldn’t take medication at all.”
Truth: While medication can help, it’s not a cure-all. Effective ADHD management means a comprehensive approach that includes coaching, lifestyle adjustments, and coping strategies. At the same time if you are struggling with all of those in place (or to keep them going)… medication might make it easier.
ADHD Coaching – the Pathway
What are the steps in your coaching journey?
Clear the ‘static’
First, we look at your ADHD presentation and get rid of the ‘static’ – those beliefs that you’ve mistakenly believed are about YOU when it’s really your brain.
create your foundations
No two people with ADHD are the same – but we often have common challenges. Through skilful coaching and support, we’ll create steps that work for YOU.
build your own path
My goal as a coach is for YOU to be able to take the steps you need without me. This isn’t therapy where you’ll be with me for years!
As someone who has walked your path, I really understand the hidden challenges and triumphs of living with ADHD. My approach combines professional expertise with personal experience, offering you empathetic and effective support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you diagnose ADHD?
No. (Sorry!)
I know, people are looking for a diagnosis and in the UK there are long waiting lists. If you feel that you cannot take a step forward until you have an ‘official’ diagnosis then please pursue that first. I’d invite you to ponder – medication aside, what difference will that make to how you engage with coaching?
What if I don’t have a diagnosis – or ADHD?
Humans are wonderful in our individuality – and universality. In other words, I am happy to coach anyone whether they are diagnosed or not.
What’s your background Katherine?
My coaching style is a blend of personal experience, extensive professional education with the very best training centres (ADDCA, UCLA, IAPPC), and a deep understanding of ADHD.
Having walked the path myself, I bring empathy and insight that few can.
I don’t just offer tools or ‘hacks’ and I’m not self-taught, having read a lot of books or had a child with ADHD: I focus on deep, transformative change, helping you shift beliefs and access your own strengths.
My approach is rooted in authenticity, honesty, and a genuine desire to see you thrive. You can read more about my philosophy HERE
What’s the ‘transformation’?
Here’s how coaching works: it’s a thinking partnership of equals, where I offer a process and my ‘thinkers’ responsibility is to change, however works best for them.
Consulting or training are different – but sometimes they’re run alongside coaching and sometimes people misunderstand and call THEM coaching.
– Consulting: I’ll give you the benefit of my knowledge, experience, training and tell you what I think you should do.
– Training: I’ll show you how to do the thing that you specifically want to learn.
How many sessions will I need?
I’d say that on average, most people achieve the changes they set out looking for in around 3-6 months. Personally, I have an ongoing mentor coaching which is flexible but also means that I know I can have my ‘thinking partner’ around to challenge the corners and friction patches that still show up.
I know that people love certainty (me too) so that’s why there are time-defined partnerships here. My hope is that you’ll enjoy coaching and the changes it creates so much you will either hang around – or come back.
Why do you cost more than some coaches?
I’m not going to pretend that I’m offering the cheapest ADHD coaching online. I’m definitely not going to suggest that you put ‘being coached’ ahead of paying your essential bills or taking care of yourself.
The question of value – rather than expense – is really down to this: am I the right coach for you? Do you believe that, having read ‘My Philosophy’ – and if you’re really in deep, ‘My Manifesto’ and listened to my podcasts – you need more than information and I’m the person you trust to get you there, do you trust yourself enough to get the most from our coaching?
I talk about this more on the ‘Are we a fit?’ page so be sure to check that out.
Only you will know if this is the right coaching at the right time for you. I believe you are whole, resourceful and creative – because if I didn’t I would not be a coach.
