Coaching Services (for ADHD):
One to One
You don’t need accountability or motivation – because long term, those are INSIDE jobs. I want you to discover how to create those, your way.
This isn’t about “fixing” you – because you’re not broken. It’s about equipping you with dynamic tools, adaptive strategies, and the confidence to create a life that works on your terms.
Whether you’re looking to boost your professional performance, find balance in your personal life, or gain insight into your unique strengths, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Work with an accredited ADHD coach trained in: positive psychology coaching, executive function strategies, OKR creation, empowerment modalities and Cognitive Ergonomics (CEfIO).
Coaching Services – a range of options
Consultation Call
£269
When you want answers or recommendations, that’s consulting not coaching – and this is your best option.
If you’re recently diagnosed, you’ve got questions about ADHD, your challenges, perhaps you’d like to know how to support an employee or family member with ADHD, book a consultation call and you’ll have a full 60-90 minute session plus follow up transcript of our conversation and resources for your situation.
Async Coaching
(Coming soon)
I’ve found that the space BETWEEN questions is often the most fruitful – it’s when we have time to really ponder our answers that we can dive deep and create change at a pace our nervous systems (or capacity) can comfortably hold.
Instead of a single 50 minute call, this type of coaching works best for clients with busy timetables and experience of being coached.

ADHD and Me
6 week coaching partnership
Just diagnosed (or pretty sure you are)? You don’t have to navigate this alone—ADHD & Me is your space to explore, understand, and thrive with your unique brain. If you are not sure if this is for you, please check ‘My Philosophy‘ before booking.
Signature 3 month partnership
£2499
Making changes to our behaviour, beliefs, creating new routes and answers takes time. This three month partnership gives us the space and flexibility to make it work beautifully and is the minimum amount of time I like to work with clients who have multiple areas they’re ready to change or who have ongoing projects they’d like coaching around.
I offer a short Connection Call for anyone thinking about this partnership. If it’s not the right choice or I’m not the right coach, I’ll offer my suggestions for your next step.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you diagnose ADHD?
No. (Sorry!)
I know, people are looking for a diagnosis and in the UK there are long waiting lists. If you feel that you cannot take a step forward until you have an ‘official’ diagnosis then please pursue that first. I’d invite you to ponder – medication aside, what difference will that make to how you engage with coaching?
What if I don’t have a diagnosis – or ADHD?
Humans are wonderful in our individuality – and universality. In other words, I am happy to coach anyone whether they are diagnosed or not.
What’s your background Katherine?
My coaching style is a blend of personal experience, extensive professional education with the very best training centres (ADDCA, UCLA, IAPPC), and a deep understanding of ADHD.
Having walked the path myself, I bring empathy and insight that few can.
I don’t just offer tools or ‘hacks’ and I’m not self-taught, having read a lot of books or had a child with ADHD: I focus on deep, transformative change, helping you shift beliefs and access your own strengths.
My approach is rooted in authenticity, honesty, and a genuine desire to see you thrive. You can read more about my philosophy HERE
What’s the ‘transformation’?
Here’s how coaching works: it’s a thinking partnership of equals, where I offer a process and my ‘thinkers’ responsibility is to change, however works best for them.
Consulting or training are different – but sometimes they’re run alongside coaching and sometimes people misunderstand and call THEM coaching.
– Consulting: I’ll give you the benefit of my knowledge, experience, training and tell you what I think you should do.
– Training: I’ll show you how to do the thing that you specifically want to learn.
How many sessions will I need?
I’d say that on average, most people achieve the changes they set out looking for in around 3-6 months. Personally, I have an ongoing mentor coaching which is flexible but also means that I know I can have my ‘thinking partner’ around to challenge the corners and friction patches that still show up.
I know that people love certainty (me too) so that’s why there are time-defined partnerships here. My hope is that you’ll enjoy coaching and the changes it creates so much you will either hang around – or come back.
Why do you cost more than some coaches?
I’m not going to pretend that I’m offering the cheapest ADHD coaching online. I’m definitely not going to suggest that you put ‘being coached’ ahead of paying your essential bills or taking care of yourself.
The question of value – rather than expense – is really down to this: am I the right coach for you? Do you believe that, having read ‘My Philosophy’ – and if you’re really in deep, ‘My Manifesto’ and listened to my podcasts – you need more than information and I’m the person you trust to get you there, do you trust yourself enough to get the most from our coaching?
I talk about this more on the ‘Are we a fit?’ page so be sure to check that out.
Only you will know if this is the right coaching at the right time for you. I believe you are whole, resourceful and creative – because if I didn’t I would not be a coach.
