I’m Katherine – an ADHD coach who helps people break free from the myths about busy-ness and stress, then learn how to build an empowered ADHD-positive life – where you can get things done, your way.

I don’t do ‘accountability’ or ‘homework’ because your worth isn’t tied to a to-do list.

I help action-hungry minds who flinch at accountability and being told what to do.

I also specialise in coaching frustrated ADHD adults and teenagers who know ‘something’s not right‘ to break free from the exhausting cycle of overthinking and under-executing.

Traditional ADHD coaching can be too focused on productivity hacks and accountability – my framework helps you to clear mental ‘static’, build adaptable systems, and develop genuine self-trust that lasts.
