We’ll work together through a combination of coaching sessions and real-time support to help you understand your brain and build systems that actually fit.

3 One-to-One Coaching Sessions:
We’ll use high impact specialist ADHD coaching, to dive deep into your specific challenges, uncover patterns, and build strategies that work for you. These sessions are about finding clarity and practical solutions that make sense in your life.

3 voice note coaching (Telegram) Days:
On the weeks without a session, you’ll have one day of voice (and/or text) note coaching through Telegram. This gives you real-time support when you need it, so you’re not left figuring things out on your own.
