Hi, I'm Katherine, your ADHD coach.

My mission is clear: to help you transform ADHD challenges into stepping stones towards a more enjoyable, peaceful, brighter, and fulfilling future.

As someone deeply committed to understanding and navigating the complexities of ADHD, I've been privileged to share my insights at the International ADHD Conference in Baltimore (2023), speak on specialist podcasts and create my own podcast, contribute to research on ADHD coaching's effectiveness, and provide personalised coaching to successful professionals, entrepreneurs, CEOs, creatives, and students from some of the UK's leading universities and schools.

I hold a first-class MA (Hons) and PhD, with extensive training from ADDCA.

Professionally, I am affiliated with ACO, ICO, and PAAC, and I'm currently advancing my accreditation with PAAC and ICF.

As a PEERS® Certified Provider of Social Skills for Autistic Teens and Young Adults, and while pursuing my IAPPC Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching, I am committed to delivering the highest level of support and care.

My life wasn't always a success story. I dropped out of my first degree in Fine Art, struggled to maintain jobs in the corporate world, and faced significant challenges when I became a mother. It was only through my child's diagnosis that I discovered ADHD was the obstacle preventing me from living a full life.

Through this revelation and driven by a burning desire to help both my child and myself, I learned to manage ADHD and find fulfilment and success. With real-world practice in being coached myself, I decided to make it my mission to share these insights with others.

  • This session is about questions, answers and future steps. I can't diagnose ADHD but can point you towards others who could - if that's helpful.

  • Yes - after you've filled in the pre-meeting survey I should have a lot of information about what's brought you to the meeting. That means we can focus on information, support and you don't have to go over everything.

    If you need more than one hour, I cannot guarantee that I can extend the session as I have a busy practice. I will do my best to accommodate you but it will be subject to an additional fee of £57 per 30 minutes.

  • As a qualified ADHD Family coach, PEERS certified social skills trainer and parent of a teen with ADHD, I am happy to discuss what's happening for your child or teen.

    I can help you to understand why your partner may be struggling with ADHD, how you can support them and how you can look after yourself but I am not a couples therapist.

  • I am an ADHD Coach so offer one to one coaching, as well as group coaching and online education. I cannot offer therapy or counselling.

  • If we discover that coaching is not right for you after this session I can signpost you to other services and professionals such as counsellors and therapists.
