ADHD Coaching - Different by Design

Why try ‘ADHD Coaching’?

  • Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, permanently distracted?

  • Recently diagnosed or suspect you might be?

  • Parenting an ADHD young person?

  • Stuck, frustrated, paralysed - but ready to CHANGE?

  • Determined to succeed at work, supercharge your business or find your passion again?

ADHD Coaching specifics:

  • ADHD brains are physically DIFFERENT. ADHD coaches need a LOT of training and education.

  • Trained ADHD coaches provide psycho-education about ADHD* in sessions as needed.

  • ADHD Coaches should be ‘strengths based’ - they help you to see what you CAN do, as well as exploring tools and strategies.

  • ADHD Coaches should be able to help you decide what is ADHD, what is ‘life’ and what could be an issue to take to a therapist.

  • Most importantly, you should be seen as whole, competent and resourceful: even if you don’t believe it yet.

You’ll notice the difference because:

  • Sessions will be designed to work for YOUR brain.

  • Your strengths and differences are radically accepted and celebrated.

  • Coaches will adapt how the session is run: big open questions can overwhelm ADHD clients.

  • Sessions should be shame-free: especially around ‘homework’ - run away if your coach assigns it!

  • You should feel confident, capable and energised - ending the session being relaxed and supported instead of embarrassed.

*ADHD coaching is not ‘training’ or giving a list of executive function techniques; it’s not telling clients what to do; it’s not ‘solving problems’.

Coaching is a partnership, not a classroom.

    Investing in Your Future:

Each of these programs is an investment in your future, designed to deliver a high return on your investment. I know that it is a commitment and only coach people I believe are ready and who I am the right coach for.

With over 350 hours of specialised study and certifications from ADDCA, backed by personal experience and academic achievements, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality, ethical ADHD coaching. You’re not just paying for session time; you’re investing in a transformative process that aims to show you your full potential and improve your quality of life.

  • My coaching process is tailored to the unique needs of people with ADHD BUT you don’t have to have an official diagnosis - if your brain is busy, I can understand you (yes, even when.you’re info dumping). I’ve developed a framework that means you will cover all the bases that you need to have a life that works with YOUR brain.

It begins with a deep understanding of your challenges and aspirations. Together, we craft strategies that align with your strengths, leveraging the latest in ADHD neuroscience and positive psychology.

  • My coaching style is a blend of personal experience, extensive professional education with the very best training centres (ADDCA, UCLA, IAPPC), and a deep understanding of ADHD.

Having walked the path myself, I bring empathy and insight that few can.

I don't just offer tools or 'hacks' and I'm not self-taught, having read a lot of books or had a child with ADHD: I focus on deep, transformative change, helping you shift beliefs and access your own strengths.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, honesty, and a genuine desire to see you thrive. I have a 'Manifesto' which you can read HERE.

  • At this point I'm supposed to describe the kind of person I love working with - and I will, but you don't have to fit any sort of 'persona'.

You are someone who is ready for change and has probably tried to do it yourself - a LOT.

You feel the challenges of ADHD in your daily life and they’re getting worse or you're just tired of playing the game of life on 'hard' mode.

You are an intelligent, driven and open minded person and you're also aware of the limitations that ADHD imposes on your career and personal life.

If you're ready to reconnect with your hopes, work out your own best 'operating system' and discover your full potential, you're the person I'm here to help.

  • My clients are offered a 'holistic' transformation - no ice baths required, unless that floats your boat.

Beyond managing ADHD traits, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to increased self-compassion, confidence, and clarity.

You'll learn to harness your strengths, develop personalized strategies, and ultimately, step into a life where you feel in control, hopeful, and excited about the future.

This is YOUR journey so it is always your choice - I know it is essential for us to have autonomy and agency, which you don't get from a 'cookie cutter' system.

  • Sharing this story with permission:

I had a client, like many I work of my adult clients. A 'peak-life' achiever in her thirties, intelligent and driven, but feeling trapped by the invisible chains of ADHD.

She was on the brink of giving up her dream of running her own business. Through our sessions, we looked deeply into her aspirations, values, and strengths.

Together, we crafted and trialled strategies that resonated with her unique ADHD challenges.

In less than one year, she transitioned from feeling burnt-out and overwhelmed to confidently launching and thriving in her own business.

Her personal life had similar enormous changes: letting go of relationships that were harmful, changing how she was treated by others and having a real ownership of her worth for who she was, not what she did or could give to others.

Her transformation wasn't just about business success; it was about rediscovering her self-worth, potential, and the joy in her daily life.

If her story resonates with you, know that such a transformation is within your reach too.

  • If you're unsure about coaching, consider this: I've been where you are, for most of my life.

I understand the feelings of not fitting in, of being overwhelmed, of trying and trying again because I knew that I had so much to offer and enjoy in life, even though I just ended up burnt out - and the frustration of seeking solutions that truly resonated with how my brain works.

With me, you're getting a coach to walk beside you while you resolve those big challenges; you're getting a partner who genuinely understands and also has the professional qualifications, experience and training to guide you.

Together, we'll create a path tailored just for you

  • I bring a wealth of knowledge, both from personal experience and professional training.

My affiliations with leading ADHD organizations, continuous learning, and hands-on coaching experience make me a valuable partner for you at work and in business.

Whether it's creating a bespoke workshop or a training session, I bring authenticity, expertise, and a unique perspective that can make sure you and your business will work differently afterwards.

    That's a guarantee.

  • As a peak-life achiever with ADHD and autism, my story is both relatable and inspiring.

I offer insights that are backed by extensive research, personal experience, and professional qualifications.

My speaking engagements are not just informative but transformative, providing listeners with actionable takeaways and a fresh perspective on ADHD.

Whether it's as a podcast guest or an online seminar, I aim to enlighten, inspire, and empower.

Please note: until further notice I only accept online engagements.
