Hey there

Meet Katherine

I work with adults juggling the (mostly) beautiful chaos of their complex lives: the ones who need more than “have you tried a planner/timer/app?” to succeed and enjoy their high-stakes world.

They know the life they want exists, but keep finding themselves sofa-scrolling at midnight instead of sleeping.
My process shows them how to build their actual dream daily life – no ice baths, toxic positivity, or personality transplants required.

You’ve tried the planners, the apps, the morning routines.

Maybe therapy that focused on ‘motivation’ that didn’t quite hit the mark.

You’ve probably bought courses promising to fix your ‘time management issues’ but wondered why you’re still procrastinating on the things that matter most when you know you CAN do them!

I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD at 42 – right after watching my child go through their own two-year assessment journey just before starting school.

Suddenly, a lifetime of being “weird,” burning out repeatedly, never quite meeting my ‘potential’, and feeling like I was constantly swimming upstream finally made sense.

What I thought was “normal” – the wild hormonal and seasonal mood swings, the cycle of being absolutely driven, then totally losing interest, the social awkwardness, never feeling quite okay – I realised was actually going to happen to my daughter and it wasn’t how everyone else lived life.

Before my diagnosis, I had tried everything: therapy, antidepressants, several unhelpful types of self-medication. Nothing really changed the fundamental struggle of living in a brain that worked differently than the world (and I) expected.

Your brain isn’t actually faulty – it’s just been busy working on problems you probably don’t even realise exist and aren’t the ones you REALLY need sorted.

My Translation Framework helps you to see what your problems and “bad habits” are actually doing, then designs friction-light solutions that work FOR your ADHD wiring and WHO you want to be when you grow up.

Instead of forcing yourself into neurotypical “productivity systems”, we translate your behaviour into data, then build personalised solutions for now and the future.

About

I’m ADDCA certified (200+ hours of ADHD coaching training – the gold standard), PCC credentialed, and UCLA PEERS certified (plus a BUNCH of other courses you’ve never heard of).

But honestly?

My real training comes from living this life myself, then working with other ADHD adults who want to move from shame-based struggle to empowered self-design.

Now?

Yes – I still have an ADHD brain that needs solutions (accommodations) that change with my busy life’s demands – but now I know how to work WITH my brain instead of feeling frustrated, confused, or ashamed of it.

I’ve learned:
– to create solutions that might look weird to other people,
– to check in with my big beautiful outcomes instead of getting stuck in immediate problem-focus, and
– to practice moment-to-moment mindfulness that creates wonder instead of judgement.

Most importantly, I’ve shifted from feeling like life happens TO me to creating a life with real creativity and meaning – and that changes everything about how you move through the world.

For someone with a busy, ‘butterfly’ brain, I somehow have been painting traditional Orthodox icons for 18 years now, using only egg tempera and gold leaf – it’s possibly the most focused and slowest art form imaginable.

I think it’s the perfect paradox for an ADHD brain that’s learned to find its own kind of focus.
