Coaching for Adults

With ADHD - or ‘busy brains’

Living with adult ADHD can be an isolating and frustrating experience. You feel misunderstood, judged, or even defeated because you struggle to stay organised, meet deadlines, and maintain focus.

ggIt’s not ‘only’ being forgetful or distracted—it’s a whirlwind of emotions, anxiety, and self-doubt every single day. EVEN WHEN YOU ARE OUTWARDLY ‘SUCCESSFUL’?

Are you ready to seriously enjoy your life?

“I think the biggest gift you’ve given me is a permission slip to myself to embrace my “pioneer” spirit, find strategies that work for me and lean into the curious, creative side of my brain - replacing failure with experimentation!

In my work, that looks like making much bolder and more intuitive decisions, and in my life feeling more connected to myself and aligned than ever.” -

 Rachel James

Are you dealing with these ADHD Myths?

Myth: "You just need to try harder."
Truth: ADHD isn’t a lack of effort - I’d say that most of my clients are working REALLY hard already. It’s a neurological condition that affects your brain's executive function. Willpower alone can't fix it.

Myth: "ADHD is just an excuse for laziness."
Truth: ADHD often means working twice as hard to achieve the same results. It’s not a choice to be lazy —it’s about needing the right strategies, support and self-belief (really, that matters a LOT more than you think).

Myth: "Medication is the only solution you need OR You shouldn’t take medication at all."
Truth: While medication can help, it’s not a cure-all. Effective ADHD management requires a comprehensive approach that includes coaching, lifestyle adjustments, and coping strategies. At the same time if you are struggling with all of those in place (or to keep them going)… medication might make it easier.

How would it feel to REALLY believe you are whole, resourceful and creative?

Imagine waking up each day feeling in control and confident.

Picture yourself achieving your goals, maintaining meaningful relationships, and finding meaning and joy in everyday tasks.

This isn’t a daydream—it’s within your reach.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you’ve already shown incredible courage by looking for help.

Together, we can turn your ADHD from a source of frustration into a source of strength

  • Step 1: We start with a call to get clear on your challenges, desires, your destination and what’s getting in the way right now, to make sure coaching is the right choice and plan your journey.

  • Step 2: We have our first session and your mind is lit up with possibilities while your nervous system has a break to enjoy the thinking space. We go through any assessments needed to help you get started.

  • Step 3: You aret ready revolutionise your emotions and your thoughts - because THAT is how you change your ADHD, your life, your business, your relationships..

We add in positive psychology, executive function & ADHD friendly mindfulness practices. We might even play with some fun OKR creation.

  • Step 4: You have developed your own self-coaching habits - one day (soon) you realise that you’re doing this naturally.. and off you go, into the universe of possibilities.

How lives change:

You’re ready for Coaching if…

  • You’re sometimes so close to feeling incredible and sometimes you can almost see how things could be.

  • You want to reach your goals without burning out or compromising your values, and that’s exactly where our sessions come in.

With my unique ADHD Coaching approach, you don’t need to change who you are - I’ll even help you be brave enough to rediscover who that is, if you’ve been too busy to remember recently.

Bring your true self— every part of you, ESPECIALLY those contradictions and uncertainties.

Those parts of you think might hold you back? They’re the exact pieces we’ll use to unfurl your true potential.

You’re about to learn how to turn your dreams into reality, while staying true to your authentic self.

It’s time to embrace every part of you and light up your path to success.

    Investing in Your Future:

Each of these programs is an investment in your future, designed to deliver a high return on your investment. I know that it is a commitment and only coach people I believe are ready and who I am the right coach for.

With over 350 hours of specialised study and certifications from ADDCA, backed by personal experience and academic achievements, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality, ethical ADHD coaching. You’re not just paying for session time; you’re investing in a transformative process that aims to show you your full potential and improve your quality of life.

  • My coaching process is tailored to the unique needs of people with ADHD

BUT you don’t have to have an official diagnosis - if your brain is busy, I can understand you (yes, even when.you’re info dumping).

I’ve developed a framework that means you will cover all the bases that you need to have a life that works with YOUR brain.

It begins with a deep understanding of your challenges and aspirations.

Together, we craft strategies that align with your strengths, leveraging the latest in ADHD neuroscience and positive psychology.

It's not the same for each person as we are all starting from a different place and have different learning and processing strengths.

  • My coaching style is a blend of personal experience, extensive professional education with the very best training centres (ADDCA, UCLA, IAPPC), positive psychology and empowerment techniques and a deep understanding of ADHD.

Having walked the path myself, I bring empathy and insight that few can.

I don't just offer tools or 'hacks' and I'm not self-taught, having read a lot of books or had a child with ADHD:

I focus on deep, transformative change, helping you shift beliefs and access your own strengths.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, honesty, and a genuine desire to see you thrive. I have a 'Manifesto' which you can read HERE.

  • At this point I'm supposed to describe the kind of person I love working with - and I will, but you don't have to fit any sort of 'persona'.

You are someone who is ready for change and has probably tried to do it yourself - a LOT.

You feel the challenges of ADHD in your daily life and they’re getting worse or you're just tired of playing the game of life on 'hard' mode.

You are an intelligent, driven and open minded person and you're also aware of the limitations that ADHD imposes on your career and personal life.

If you're ready to reconnect with your hopes, work out your own best 'operating system' and discover your full potential, you're the person I'm here to help.

  • My clients are offered a 'holistic' transformation - no ice baths required, unless that floats your boat.

Beyond managing ADHD traits, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to increased self-compassion, confidence, and clarity.

You'll learn to harness your strengths, develop personalized strategies, and ultimately, step into a life where you feel in control, hopeful, and excited about the future.

This is YOUR journey so it is always your choice - I know it is essential for us to have autonomy and agency, which you don't get from a 'cookie cutter' system.

  • The short answer? No.

For those you need a trained and qualified medical professional, ideally a clinical psychologist. I understand this is difficult for many so do not need you to have a diagnosis before we begin coaching.

None of the assessments or forms we complete are clinically diagnostic or to be used as a substitute for medical advice.

  • Sharing this story with permission:

I had a client, like many I work of my adult clients. A 'peak-life' achiever in her thirties, intelligent and driven, but feeling trapped by the invisible chains of ADHD.

She was on the brink of giving up her dream of running her own business. Through our sessions, we looked deeply into her aspirations, values, and strengths.

Together, we crafted and trialled strategies that resonated with her unique ADHD challenges.

In less than one year, she transitioned from feeling burnt-out and overwhelmed to confidently launching and thriving in her own business.

Her personal life had similar enormous changes: letting go of relationships that were harmful, changing how she was treated by others and having a real ownership of her worth for who she was, not what she did or could give to others.

Her transformation wasn't just about business success; it was about rediscovering her self-worth, potential, and the joy in her daily life.

If her story resonates with you, know that such a transformation is within your reach too.

  • If you're unsure about coaching, consider this: I've been where you are, for most of my life.

I understand the feelings of not fitting in, of being overwhelmed, of trying and trying again because I knew that I had so much to offer and enjoy in life, even though I just ended up burnt out - and the frustration of seeking solutions that truly resonated with how my brain works.

With me, you're getting a coach to walk beside you while you resolve those big challenges; you're getting a partner who genuinely understands and also has the professional qualifications, experience and training to guide you.

Together, we'll create a path tailored just for you

  • Due to the nature of the coaching process, no refunds are offered.

We begin with a single session after our no obligation call to make sure that coaching and the way I work is right for you.

You can read the T&C’s here or drop me an email if you have questions.

  • No, coaching is a structured conversation focused on creating deep and lasting change but by looking forward.

If you have challenges, history or blocks that I feel would be better treated by a therapist, I will be honest and tell you.

  • This is a sensitive subject - for coaches as well as clients.

Many of us with undiagnosed ADHD have experienced trauma. It can cause many significant mental and physical problems so I am currently pursuing a 'trauma informed' certification.

Some circumstances mean that I would NOT work with someone who has significant or ongoing trauma or PTSD. This might sound unfair but your welfare and success is my top priority, always.

If you have any questions, you are welcome to email me, in confidence, before arranging a call.

  • The short answer is yes:

The long answer is - it depends.

    • on the skill or change the client wants to pursue.

    • on the skill and training of the coach.

    • on the right 'fit' between coach and client.

There is more data all the time about the effectiveness of ADHD coaching but as yet, there is no single standardised 'training manual' - each program will have its own focus and methodology. You can read more about that here.
