🤔 Take 2 minutes to think about what makes traditional systems feel so frustrating, ick, overwhelming - what’s the one “rule” that just doesn’t fit for you?
No judgement allowed - no ‘if only’ - just be aware of what resistance comes up, what you’re feeling (I carry tension I my neck and jaw), and if there are any messages or phrases about you that you’re aware of.
