Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms & Conditions apply to any subscription or membership products provided by Lightbulb ADHD Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC793672). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Services
Subscriptions grant you access to specified digital content, resources, and/or community features for the duration of your active membership. Full details of each subscription will be provided at the time of purchase.
3. Payments & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
4. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with these terms. Renewal charges will be made using the payment method on file.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the renewal date.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods. However, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
7. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes in advance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
