What is a Connection Call?

A Connection Call is a brief, 30-minute conversation to help us both decide if working together makes sense.


This is not a coaching session. I won’t be offering solutions, strategies, or advice during this call.

Instead, we’ll focus on understanding where you are right now, what you’re looking for, and whether ADHD coaching is the right next step for you.

What I hope to hear in the call:

1. Your current situation and what prompted you to reach out
2. What you’re hoping to achieve through coaching
3. Whether you’re ready to invest time, energy, and resources into making changes, having read my ‘work with me’ services.

Then I’ll share – more about how my coaching approach works and what to expect.
