I don’t do ‘accountability’ or ‘homework’ because your worth isn’t tied to a to-do list.

Traditional ADHD coaching can be too focused on quick fixes – productivity hacks and pressure-led ‘accountability’. My framework helps you to clear mental ‘static’, learn to build adaptable solutions, and develop genuine changes that last.
