ADHD Counselling and therapy
ADHD & Neurodivergent-Friendly Therapy, Counselling & Diagnostic Support
How to use this page:
This page contains a curated list of UK-based therapy, counselling and diagnostic support that is explicitly ADHD and/or neurodivergent-friendly.
It’s designed to help you explore options outside of coaching and find support that feels safe, informed, and relevant to your needs.
Outside the UK? You’ll find national organisations listed here.
