ADHD Review for Adults | The Full Picture Review

You’ve done the work, maybe even got a diagnosis.

You’re still stuck in the same loops and tired of not knowing WHY

The Full Picture is a deep exploratory review for adults with ADHD who want to truly understand how they function before they spend time jumping into more tools and strategies.

because just ‘adding more information’ hasn’t changed anything.

Whether you were diagnosed last month or five years ago, you’re still trying to make the pieces fit and nothing quite lands. You’re bombarded online with ads for apps, planners, journals and endless “ADHD hacks.”

You’ve tracked, journaled, planned, re-planned, colour-coded – and those things can be GREAT… for some people

but…

how can you pick the right one if you don’t even understand how ADHD works for you?

You’re wondering:

“Is it me? Am I just… not trying hard enough?

I promise: you’re not alone and you’re not the problem.

BESPOKE ADHD REVIEW

Most ADHD tools try to change how you behave. This one helps you understand how you work so you can choose what fits, not force what doesn’t.

You’ve done the research but you’re still stuck doing things that don’t last and no amount of information is changing that.

The Full Picture gives you a whole-self profile of how your brain and body are set up right now, so you can stop blaming yourself (or those cute notion templates) and start working with who you really are.

You don’t need to manage your ‘symptoms’ – you need to understand yourself deeply enough to finally move forward because you know what you need to be your best, the way you want to be.

What’s Included

Get a ‘whole-self’ overview that makes a difference.

We’ll do two key things together:

1. Identify how you naturally move through work, projects, process information, manage your day.
2. Clarify who you are and how you operate, so that every tool, strategy, and system you use actually fits you.

To do that you need:

  • A full 360° profile of how your brain is understanding and working – it’ll look at : your thinking and processing styles, working rhythms, motivation triggers, and overwhelm patterns.
  • A full review + bespoke report
I’ll take all the data and insights from our convo and put together a customised report that shows you how your brain + life actually operate with personal ‘game plans’, suggestions and my suggestions to support you to move forward.
  • A big old follow-up session to review the report, answer your questions, and help you connect the dots
We’ll unpack your assessment results, zoom in on what’s been tripping you up, and get clear on what you actually want to shift.
  • Done fast
This is a focused process with limited slots each month, most clients begin within 1–2 weeks of booking.

The Full Picture Review is for you if:

You’ve been diagnosed with ADHD – or strongly suspect it’s been shaping your life.

You’ve read every ADHD article, followed all the experts… and still don’t know what works for you.

You’re ready to stop second-guessing and want support that’s personalised, not prescriptive.

It’s not for you if:

You’re looking for a step-by-step course, homework, or tough-love accountability.

You’re in active crisis or need therapeutic or medical care. (This is not treatment.)

You’re seeking a formal diagnosis. This review is designed for folks post-diagnosis or self-identified – which is 100% valid, by the way.

The Full Picture Review isn’t a checklist and a pep talk. It’s my system built from years of working with ADHD adults who felt like they were the problem.

I’ve seen it over and over: people try strategy after strategy – and when it doesn’t stick, they blame themselves.
But the issue isn’t about your effort. What gets in the way is where YOU are in the process of change, what YOUR brain needs and what YOUR life looks like so far.

The Full Picture Review isn’t about managing symptoms or making you more “productive.” It’s designed to help you understand how you actually function – so your life starts making sense to you. Until then, it’s so hard to change it because the ‘rocks under the surface’ will keep catching you out.

This process is the result of years of coaching, researching, and refining what ADHD adults actually need to feel clear, confident, and in control.
And now?

You get the benefit of all that insight — in one powerfully clarifying experience.

About adhd coach katherine
Katherine // Founder

I’m an ADHD coach and empowerment practitioner with all the certifications and the lived experience.

I know what it’s like to get diagnosed as an adult and have everything snap into place… while it falls apart a little, too.

I’ve helped late-diagnosed adults move from “what’s wrong with me?” to “ohhh, THAT’S what’s happening – and here’s what I can do about it.”

This work is rooted in positive psychology coaching, ADHD research, and deep respect for your unique brain.

You don’t need to turn into someone new (because you’re not broken). But maybe you do need a helping hand to trust who you really are – and finally build yourself a life that fits.

Got questions? Good! Let’s clear things up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I’ve just been diagnosed. Is this too soon?

A: Nope. This is exactly the kind of clarity most folks wish they had earlier. We’ll go at your pace, and you get to decide where we focus first — because this is built for you, not some hypothetical ADHD blueprint.

Q: I hate worksheets.

A: Same. You’ll get easy, fast, one-time assessments that clients often say are more insightful than they expected and that help us to dig DEEP into what’s going on for you.

Q: What is an ADHD review process?

A: It’s a deep-dive into how your ADHD shows up and weaves through your life – plus how your executive functioning, energy, motivation, and life patterns all work together. You get assessments and a bespoke report to help you actually understand how you function.

Q: How is this different from therapy?

A: Therapy often focuses on healing the past or managing mental health. This is forward-focused coaching. We’re not treating a diagnosis – we’re exploring how your brain works and what that means for the choices and structures that support your real life now.

I will 100% say if I see any flags that suggest counselling or therapy are a good idea for you and trust that you are able to make that choice for yourself.

Q: Who is the Full Picture Review for?

A: It’s designed for ADHD adults (diagnosed or strongly self-identified) who are tired of spinning in circles and just want to understand themselves. If you’re looking for clarity, custom insights, and compassionate support — this is for you.

Q: What happens during the review?

A: You complete 4 proprietary assessments and a short intake form.

We meet for a 90-minute deep-dive conversation to explore what’s going on.

Then I create your custom report. You’ll get time to review it before our second session, where we walk through your results and talk next steps — including what to focus on first.

Q. What if I just want coaching?

A. That’s great! However – I genuinely believe this is as important a step as getting a formal diagnosis. This starts the process of how I coach – with awareness, clear priorities and massive insight for YOU. Whether we work together or not.

You’ve tried all the tips.

Now it’s time to really understand yourself.

You’ve done the hard work – learning, trying, adapting – and going back over and over again to the same old blocks.

Without a clear picture of how you work, it’s no wonder things keep falling through the cracks.

The Full Picture Review is here to change that.
I created this custom, brain-based review process to help you finally  drop those ‘stop-start-stop-spiral’ loops and begin making confident, informed decisions that fit your life.

Real change doesn’t start with better tools or ‘strategies’.
It starts with YOU better understanding – and maybe even making friends with – your brain.
