Hey – I’m Katherine
As a specialist ADHD coach (PCC, ACCG), I work with professionals, creatives and BUSY adults whose brains just have too many open tabs that ALL need done, by end of the day. Yesterday even.
Let’s not add more to that ‘to do’ list.
You need simple, effective, solutions that are not extra work and fit your own life. You need to discover YOUR way of doing things now, not circa your 18th birthday.
That’s why I created this guide – it’s built on the same approach I use with clients when they are finding action difficult, and need one simple shift to start moving again.
Common Questions
Do I need to be officially diagnosed with ADHD to use this?
Nope. If your brain’s overloaded and your action taking is MiA, this will still work. If the topic is something you feel called out on, it’s for you.
Will this fix everything?
Nope again. I do frameworks not fixing. But it will help you to start working out what’s draining you and offer one small, powerful step forward, reducing the usual rumination stage or 17‑tab action plan. Side note: Coaching is NOT about fixing you. If you need healing, therapy or counselling would be my first stop.
What if I’ve tried a million ADHD resources already?
Totally fair. Most of those add more pressure or need you to adapt to their way of working. This guide starts by removing pressure. It’s designed to simplify, not give you another thing to keep up with.
Is ‘Overload’ just an ADHD thing? Does it mean I ‘have’ ADHD?
No, it’s an experience that 99.9% of humans can recognise.
That experience when there are just too many thoughts, too many plates, too many jobs and responsibilities and instead of being able to keep everything moving, your brain decides it’s not playing today.
This is more common or frequent with ADHD but ‘overload’ is just my way of describing what’s happening.
Why do YOU know about overload? Aren’t you an expert?
I know about overload because
a) I’m the household ‘default human‘ (the one who is supposed to know where everyone’s things are, when the insurance is due, what the vet’s name is etc) and
b) I’m a business owner who runs things alone with an invaluable VA for a few hours each week (and just for the last six months).
So overload was, for many years, what I thought was ‘normal’… except it’s not.
I’m sharing this not because ‘woohoo I worked it all out with this one cool trick’ – that’s impossible – but because I know what it’s like in the trenches. I hear you!
I’m also sharing because I spent several hundred hours training to understand why it happens and what we can do about it. You get it in less than five minutes!

Overloaded? Here are Options.
Do Less.
Think Better.
Instead of adding more pressure, let’s remove it. Simplify.
You need a clear, calm way to see what’s actually going on, and how to take your next step.
The ‘Overload to Options’ Guide gives you that – in under 5 minutes.
Grab it now and give your brain the break it’s been begging for.
Step 1 – Add your Name and Email below 👇🏼
Step 2 – Check your inbox, as well as ‘promotions’ or J*nk
Step 3 – Confirm your email address and VOILA – download it.
Why I ask you to confirm your email:
it feels like a drag and another step but – honestly – this is step one of creating intentional friction.
Do you REALLY want to download another PDF, buy another course, etc? Obviously the answer in this case is YES but so often we don’t have any friction between us and things we DO NOT WANT or need – so we start drowning.
I’ll never share your email address and you ALWAYS have the option to opt out from communication, at any point. You deserve an inbox that isn’t full of rubbish or a zillion messages in one day. That’s not how I roll.
